§ SIR W. HARCOURTIf, as I hope, the Irish Votes are concluded to-day, there will then be two days to dispose of the remainder of Supply. As far as I can gather, there is a universal feeling that Supply should be brought to a close as early as possible. If that is so, I do not think it would be wise at the present moment to fix a particular hour for the conclusion of the Sitting on Saturday.
