SIR U. KAY-SHUTTLEWORTHWe have at last received proofs of the printed evidence from the printers. But the proofs of the lithographed plates will not be ready for some days. Without these the evidence would be incomplete, and there would be no advantage in presenting it. Under these circumstances, I fear that the Blue Book cannot be distributed to Members before the Adjournment of the House for the Recess.
