JACKSON (Leeds, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether any money has been borrowed by the Corporation of Dublin under the powers given by Section 2 of "The Provisional Order Confirmation (No. 10) Act, 1892;" and whether any of the works authorised by that Act for improving the main drainage of Dublin have been carried out?
MR. J. MORLEYNo money has been borrowed by the Corporation of Dublin under the section of the Act referred to; and with regard to the inquiry in the second paragraph of the question of the right hon. Gentleman, I understand that none of the works referred to have been carried out or begun.
