To ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will cause to be laid before Parliament a copy of the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act which has now passed through the Parliament of New South Wales, and which includes the whole of the Electoral Law of the Colony within one consolidation Statute, with new self-acting provisions with regard to the redistribution of seats every five years.
