FOWLERThe Royal Commission on the Unification of London have taken evidence as to the powers and duties of the Local Authorities in London, and also evidence on behalf of the County Council. The Commission have now adjourned until next month, and they hope, on re-assembling, to take the evidence of the Corporation and the Commissioners of Sewers.
