I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if his attention has been called to the resolution unanimously passed by the Association of .Chambers of Commerce, at Plymouth, in September, respecting the efficient maintenance of the Irish lighthouse service; and whether he will introduce, next Session, a Bill to add mercantile men, selected by the Chambers of Commerce and Harbour Commissioners of Dublin, Belfast, Cork, and Londonderry, to the Board of Commissioners of Irish Lights?
