TREVELYAN,) Glasgow, BridgetonAfter full consideration, I came to the conclusion that there are no special circumstances in connection with the Craighall Road School which entitle the School Board to obtain, in respect of that school, the benefits of the fee grant, under Article 134 of the Code, while fees continue to be charged.
