HC Deb 14 November 1893 vol 18 c877
BARON H. DE WORMS (Liverpool, East Toxteth)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Swaziland Convention has been signed, and if he will now state the conditions of the Convention?

MR. S. BUXTON

The Swaziland Convention was signed on the 8th instant. The Papers were immediately presented, and were circulated to-day; and I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the Blue Book for the actual terms of the Convention, and for the reasons which induced Her Majesty's Government to become parties to it.
