§ MR. MUNDELLAMy hon. Friend has asked me to reply to these questions. I am giving careful consideration to the recommendations of the Select Committee on Sea Fisheries; but, as they involve some matters of the utmost difficulty on which I must consult my colleague the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, I 761 am not at present prepared to say what action may be taken upon them.
