§ Ordered, That the Merchant Shipping Bill be committed to a Select Committee of Five Members to be joined with a Committee of Five Lords.
§ Ordered, That a Message be sent to the Lords to acquaint their Lordships that the said Bill has been committed to Five Members of this House to be joined with a Committee of Five Lords, pursuant to the Resolution of the House of the 14th day of September and to the Message of the 22nd day of September, signifying their concurrence in the said Resolution.—(Mr. Mundella.)
