§ SIR G. BADEN-POWELLI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can state what arrangements, temporary or otherwise, have been made in reference to the proposed now Swaziland Convention?
§ MR. S. BUXTONThe Convention has been satisfactorily arranged between Her Majesty's Government and the South African Republic, but still awaits the signature of the President, news of which may be expected any day. So soon as he signs, the Papers on the subject, which are all ready for presentation, will be laid and circulated. Meanwhile, the Convention of 1890 has been temporarily prolonged until the 30th June, 1894.
