The Urban Sanitary Districts of England and Wales, other than County Boroughs, arranged according to Administrative Counties, with their areas and population, and the nature of their local government (whether Municipal Borough, Improvement Act District, or Local Government District). 3. The Rural Sanitary Districts in England and Wales, arranged according to administrative Counties, with their areas and population; when the District is in more than one Administrative County the area and population of the part of the District in each Administrative County being shown separately. 4. The Poor Law Unions and other Poor Law Areas not situate in the Metropolis, with their population; the Administrative Counties or County Boroughs in which they are situate; the population in each Administrative County or County Borough when more than one; the number of Urban Sanitary Districts and Rural Sanitary Districts which they contain, distinguishing the number in each Administrative County when more than one. 5.
