SMITH (Lancashire, N., North Lonsdale)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that the Furness Railway Company is charging for the carriage of agricultural products rates 50 to 60, and in some eases even 100 per cent. above the rates current in December, 1892; and whether he will make representations to the management of this company against such abuse of the powers conferred upon them?
