§ Lords' Amendments considered.
§ MR. D. CRAWFORD (Lanark, N. E.), in moving that the Lords' Amendments to this Bill be considered, said, the only alterations which had been made in 1231 another place were one or two drafting Amendments, with the addition of clauses proposed by the Scotch Office. One was to the effect that Magistrates would always sit in open Court, and the other was a saving clause in regard to a Glasgow Bill.
