HC Deb 16 May 1893 vol 12 c1043
MR. FORWOOD (Lancshire, Ormskirk)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether, in the new official publication, The Labour Gazette, it is his intention to confine the reports on labour questions and disputes to those received from correspondents representing only the workmen; or whether he will appoint similar representatives competent to furnish such information from the employers' point of view, so as to secure a complete review of the subject?

MR. MUNDELLA

; If the right hon. Gentleman will turn to the Memorandum of the Labour Department circulated this morning, he will see that it is not the intention to confine reports in the manner suggested, and that arrangements have been made to receive and consider information supplied from Chambers of Commerce and Employers' Associations.
