GLADSTONEInasmuch as the discussion is likely to embrace the Three Kingdoms, I consider the suggestion conveyed in the question is not unreasonable, and I shall be disposed to move the suspension of the Twelve o'clock Rule unless I bear there is a very strong feeling to the contrary sense.
