GIBSON BOWLESI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether Her Majesty's Government would be prepared to sanction such an alteration in the Queen's Regulations as would enable Naval Officers to count a certain amount of extra sea time for each year of service on especially unhealthy stations abroad?
§ MR. E. ROBERTSONAs far as possible officers take their turn of service at all stations, and liability to serve anywhere is a well understood condition of Naval Service. No alteration of the kind suggested by the hon. Member is contemplated.
