KIMBERI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the terms of the Welsh Land Commission will direct or empower the Commissioners to allow counsel or solicitors to attend and be heard on behalf of any parties whose interests may be affected, and cross examine any witnesses whose evidence may be given before the Commission.
