§ COLONEL HOWARD VINCENT (Sheffield, Central)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if the Select Committee promised by the Government to consider the various proposals for establishing means for the identification of Foreign meat, cheese, fruit, and other agricultural produce from that raised by British and Irish rural 670 labour, will also inquire into the great and increasing necessity of establishing analogous means of identifying foreign cutlery, glass, and other manufactures from that produced within the United Kingdom?

Gentleman the President of the Board of Trade agrees with me in that view.
