M'CARTAN (Down, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether an arrangement was made some time ago with Lord Massereene for securing his deer park, or a portion of it near the town of Antrim, for a shooting range; whether he can state on what terms the land was taken; and whether the agreement has yet been perfected; and, if not, will he state the cause of the delay?
