MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will lay upon the Table the Report of Her Majesty's Inspector of Mines on the accident which took place at New battle Collieries on the 20th January, 1893, whereby John Neesam, a workman, was killed, so that the working men and their representatives may have the fullest information for their protection?
