TOMLINSON (Preston)I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether it is intended that, in the event of the Bill for the Government of Ireland becoming law, the number of Members in the House shall be permanently reduced; and whether the Government propose to bring in a Bill to distribute in other parts of the United Kingdom the seats intended to be set free?
