§ MR. HANBURY (Preston)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, having regard to the opinion repeatedly expressed by the Comptroller and Auditor General, the Public Accounts Committee, and the Treasury, and also to the fact that the Ordnance Vote has always recently been introduced before the end of the financial year, he will place the estimate for the Ordnance Factories as a first Order upon the Paper before the Easter Recess?
§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe answer to this question is furnished by the Notice Paper of to-day. There is no sufficient reason for taking this Vote as the first Order.
