§ SIR W. HARCOURTMay I be allowed, in the absence of the Prime Minister, who, I regret to say, is confined to the house by a severe cold, to answer the question? No provision is made in the Bill for the continuance of the grants. The matter will, of course, depend on the Irish Government.
