MR. O'KEEFFE (Limerick)I beg to ask the Postmaster General if any progress has been made between the Irish Postal Authorities and the Water-ford and Limerick Railway Company to extend to the City of Limerick the benefit of the new accelerated mail system to the South of Ireland?
§ MR. A. MORLEYSome progress is being made with the negotiations on this subject, but the terms asked by the Railway Company are still thought too high. I shall be glad if a satisfactory agreement can be come to, but I am not at present sanguine of success.
