HC Deb 11 March 1893 vol 9 c1705
SIR WILLIAM MARRIOTT (Brighton)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have any information of the intention of the Egyptian authorities to extend the railway up the Nile Valley towards the Egyptian frontier, and if any correspondence has passed between the two Governments upon the subject; and, if so, whether there is any objection to laying such Correspondence upon the Table of the House?

SIR E. GREY

I have sent for information, but it has not reached me, so I think it would be desirable to defer the question till Monday.
