The hon. Gentleman had also given notice of the following question:—To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Grand Jury of the County Clare, in their resolution of 3rd March, 1892, recommended the reduction of the county establishment as stated by the Chief Secretary, or only the reduction of the extra force and the increase of the "Free" force?
