MR. J. MORLEYThe Inspector General reports that the number of non-agrarian outrages reported in Clare for the three months ended December 31, 1892, was 30, of which nine were threatening notices.
MR. T. M. HEALYIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that large tracts of County Clare have been, by the decision of the Court of Appeal in Ireland, excluded from the operations of the Land Act, and that it is in regard to this that the troubles arise?
