§ The Committee was accordingly nominated of Mr. Anstruther, Mr. Bartley, Mr. Gibson Bowles, Mr. Causton, Mr. Dalziel, Sir John Gorst, Sir John Hibbero, Sir Henry Howorth, Mr. Morton, Mr. T. P. O'Connor, and Mr. Willox.
