HC Deb 29 June 1893 vol 14 c348
MR. SEYMOUR KEAY (Elgin and Nairn)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Regulations to be made by the Lord Lieutenant, determining the charge on the Guarantee Fund to be borne by each county, and apportioning the aggregate of the fund amongst the counties, have been framed as required by Section 6 of "The Purchase of Land (Ireland) Act, 1891," and when they will be laid before Parliament as required by Section 33 of that Act?

MR. J. MORLEY

The Regulations referred to are the subject of a Correspondence between the Irish Government and the Treasury, and will be laid before Parliament with as little delay as possible.
