I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether there is any truth in the statement made in some organs of the Press to-day that the inquiry as to the cause which led to the loss of the Victoria is not to be by the ordinarily recognised method of Court Martial, but by an inquiry not necessarily public?
