§ MR. CHAPLIN (Lincolnshire, Sleaford)I beg leave to give notice that on the Motion of the right hon. Gentleman relating to procedure on the Government of Ireland Bill, I shall move at the end the following Amendment:—
Provided that the foregoing Resolution shall not apply when the clauses relating to finance, to the relations of landlord and tenant, to the sale, purchase, or letting of land generally, or the Irish representation in the House of Commons, are then under consideration.
