M'GILLIGANI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Major Gerrard Irvine, of the 3rd Battalion of the Royal Enniskillen Fusiliers, at present stationed at Enniskillen training the battalion, is also drilling the Orangemen of Killadeas and Rosscad; and is an officer of Her Majesty's Forces permitted, under the Rules of the War Office, to engage in drilling the members of political organisations; if not, what steps does he propose to take in regard to the action of Major Irvine?
