ASQUITHIt would not be in accordance with usage to lay upon the Table the Report of a Departmental Committee on an administrative matter 1782 after the lapse of two years, and when its recommendations have been largely carried into effect. But I shall be glad to supply the noble Lord, and any other hon. Member who desires it, with a copy for his own information.
