HC Deb 22 June 1893 vol 13 c1650
MR. A.C. MORTON (Peterborough)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for India whether any Correspondence has passed between the Government of Madras and Her Majesty's Government relating to the Memorial of Mrs. G. Saunders, who claims a sum of money for professional services rendered by her late husband, H. B. Saunders, to the first Prince of Arcot; and whether such Memorial and Correspondence can be laid upon the Table of the House?

MR. G. RUSSELL

The answer to the first question is, Yes. The Secretary of State has no objection to the Papers being laid on the Table if moved for.
