MR. T. M. HEALYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland why the precept under the Irish Registration Act is not made the same as the English precept?
MR. J. MORLEYI am of opinion that it would be well the Irish precept should follow as far as practicable the precept used in England. I have already directed a comparison of the two which is now being carried out.
