reported from the Select Committee on Police and Sanitary Regulations Bills, That the parties promoting the St. Helen's Corporation Bill had stated that the evidence of Frederic Campbell Hulton, Clerk to the Lancashire County Council, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Frederic Campbell Hulton do attend the said Committee upon Tuesday next, at Twelve of the clock.

Ordered, That Frederic Campbell Hulton do attend the Select Committee on Police and Sanitary Regulations Bills upon Tuesday next, at Twelve of the clock.

House adjourned at a quarter after Twelve o'clock till Monday next.
