HC Deb 08 June 1893 vol 13 c540
MAJOR RASCH

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, taking into consideration the importance of the Motion standing in the name of the hon. Member for Harborough tomorrow, he will allow time for its adequate discussion?

MR. W. E. GLADSTONE

I am not aware that it is either necessary or desirable for me to make any proposals to the House on this subject. I have no doubt the question may be adequately discussed within the limits of the ordinary sitting.
