HC Deb 05 June 1893 vol 13 c205
MR. STUART-WORTLEY

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can give any further information as to the fate of the German Draft Bill for the Protection of Trade Marks, and the repressing of false trade descriptions, of which a Copy was set out in "Commercial, No. 1, 1893" [C. 6854]?

* THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir E. GREY,) Northumberland, Berwick

The German Trade Marks Bill was interrupted in Committee by the dissolution of the Reichstag. It is expected that the measure will be laid before the new Parliament at the first opportunity.
