§ Dr. MACGREGORI beg to give notice that if the discussion on Clause 3 of the Government of Ireland Bill is not concluded by half past 6 o'clock on Friday next I shall then move, under the provisions of Standing Order No. 25, "That the Question that Clause 3 stand part of the Bill be now put."
