§ *MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe ceremony of trooping the Colours in honour of the Queen's Birthday is entirely controlled by the Brigade of Guards. Neither the War Department nor the Military Authorities within that Department have any share in the 1766 management of the arrangements, including the issue of tickets. I am informed that, within the available limits, tickets have been issued to hon. Members of the House applying for them; and I hope that in this way the same facilities will he afforded to hon. Members as on previous occasions.
