§ MR. A. C. MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been called to the will of the late Thomas Holloway, which is said to be an illegal will; whether be is aware that a previous will left a large sum of money for a convalescent home for the poor of London; and whether be will instruct the Public Prosecutor to full v investigate the matter?
§ MR. ASQUITHI have no authority to interfere in cases of disputed wills, the validity of which must always be decided by the proper Courts of Law. It is not the duty of the Public Prosecutor to investigate such questions, except upon materials showing a breach of the Criminal Law. If in any case such materials are laid before him he will give them full consideration.
