§ MR. BODKINI beg to ask the Postmaster General whether he hits some time since received a Memorial, numerously and influentially signed by the inhabitants of the town of Elphin, in County Roscommon, complaining that by a delay of nearly six hours en route of the ear conveying their mails they are deprived of all benefit of the accelerated mail service, and are compelled to leave any letters arriving by the evening mail, however urgent, unanswered until the following day; and whether he will give the said Memorial his careful and immediate consideration, with a view to providing a prompt remedy for the grievances complained of?
