§ MR. BENSON (Oxfordshire, Woodstock)said, he would appeal to hon. Members not to press their objections. 1916 The measure was a very useful one; it was for the extension of a law that already existed for the prevention of accidents, and he would be glad if it should be allowed to pass this stage.
