§ MR. J. CHAMBERLAIN (Birmingham, W.)I rise to ask you a question on a point of Order. I beg to ask whether it is not a Standing Order of this House that Supply should be put down for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday? Last Friday the House was counted out; last Monday Supply did not appear on the Orders; and to-day, being Wednesday, it does not appear, and I beg to ask if that is not a breach of the Standing Order of the House?
§ MR. SPEAKERIf that is so, it has probably been forgotten; it should have been set up on these days.
§ MR. J. CHAMBERLAINThen I beg to ask the Member of the Government in charge of the House what he proposes to do under the circumstances?
§ THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. MARJORIBANKS, Berwickshire)To set it up at once.
§ MR. J. CHAMBERLAINIt is after half-past 5.
