§ MR. A. CHAMBERLAIN (Worcestershire, E.)I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether his attention has been called to the fact that there is no telegraph office in the large and rapidly-growing district of Sparkhill; and whether he will cause one to be provided without delay?
§ MR. A. MORLEYThe telegraph is now being extended to Sparkhill, and no time will be lost in opening the office to the public when the work is completed. I would suggest to my hon. Friend that the time of the House would be saved if such purely local matters were made the subject of a letter instead of a question.
