§ MR. SPEAKERI wish respectfully to ask the House to allow the Chairman of Committees to take my place at the commencement of Business to-morrow in 951 case that I should be detained at the Royal Wedding, for which I have had the honour of receiving an invitation. I have consulted the Chairman of Committees, and he has kindly consented to take my place.
