HC Deb 04 July 1893 vol 14 c814
MR. HANBURY

On behalf of the hon. Member for North Islington, I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he intends to ask for a third Vote on Account; and, if so, when?

MR. W. E. GLADSTONE

The second Vote on Account will last until the end of July. It will be necessary, however, to have a third Vote on Account, and to proceed with the matter not later than Monday, July 31.

MR. HANBURY

Seeing that the Closure has been applied to the Debates on the two Votes on Account that have been taken, will the right hon. Gentleman give opportunities for a fuller Debate on the third Vote on Account?

MR. W. E. GLADSTONE

That must depend on the exigencies of the situation.
