GIBSON BOWLES (Lynn Regis)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can inform the House why no Notice appears on the Notice Paper containing the Amendments to the Government of Ireland Bill of the Amendments to Clause 27, the Amendments to Clause 28, the new Clause after Clause 28, and the new 5th Schedule to the Bill, which it was stated, in a Return laid by him upon the Table on the 7th April last, were to be proposed on behalf of the Government; and whether he intends to give notice of the Amendments, the new clause, and the new Schedule in question?
