I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland why the Report of the Commissioners of Irish Fisheries has not been presented to Parliament before this, in accordance with the provisions of the 5th and 6th Vict., c. 106, which directs it to be presented within three weeks after the sitting of Parliament; and when it will be laid before Parliament?

The Report was presented on the 12th June, and copies will be ready for distribution in the course of a few days.
